About Garden Zone

Garden Zone is an outdoor lighting brand from Elstead Lighting, created to make it simple to light the outside of the home. Rather than chasing trends, the collection focuses on familiar, well-proportioned shapes – from half lanterns and porch lights to bollards and post lanterns – that suit period cottages and new builds alike, giving a finished look to entrances, driveways and garden paths.

At the heart of the brand is the Garden Zone Heritage Lantern range: classically designed decorative exterior lights manufactured predominantly from cast aluminium, with clear glass panels and details such as finials and ridged borders. All products are Class 1 wired and individually marked with their IP rating. Alongside the heritage designs sit pieces in teak and stainless steel and modern black up and down wall lights.

Our Garden Zone selection is a compact, carefully chosen range of 16 designs. Outdoor wall lights make up most of it, including traditional lanterns and half lanterns in black, old bronze and black with gold or silver detailing, and LED up and down lights. You’ll also find bollards, a porch ceiling lantern and a post top lantern, with coordinating pieces in the Ledbury and Poole ranges.

Are Garden Zone lights suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Every Garden Zone light is designed for exterior use and rated at least IP44, with some bollards rated IP55. Check the IP rating on each product page, and have outdoor lighting installed by a qualified electrician.

Can I match Garden Zone wall lights with post and bollard lights?

In some ranges, yes. Ledbury includes a wall lantern, top post lantern and lamp post light, while Poole pairs a teak and stainless steel wall light with full-size and mini bollards for a coordinated look.

Do Garden Zone lights include bulbs?

It varies by design. Some models, such as LED up and down wall lights, have integrated LEDs, while traditional lanterns usually take a standard lamp sold separately. Check the bulb type and whether it is included on the product page.
